Freedoms in the Lurch

After looking at the fat burners I am amazed at how some work. However, I wonder how these items will have be impacted by insurance reform.

I am rather concerned that these items will be history after health care reform. Which is of course an abrogation of liberty and freedom. All people should be allowed to take what they want to help them get healthier and better.

We will lose freedoms with health care reform as currently suggested on the hill.

Dogs

I am working on ataining some new dog supplies at the expense of my cat.



However, I love my dog, I just hate the animal pictures that make fun of dogs.

Not to mention dogs do not do not use computers or other such items?
While I take my car on the road with me as often as I can . . . I do not let the dog drive.



Well I hope that you do not let your dog drive your car or truck or suv. Maybe driving a tractor might be okay.

Unfunded Mandates

I am still wondering where the changes for No Child Left Behind is at. The NCLB is sort of like a wannabe acne treatment. I am looking forward to some real changes within the NCLB law or better yet . . . the whole thing just dropped.

This NCLB is like a total unfunded mandate. People wonder how does this affect me?

Teachers (and student teachers) have to pay for tests that are mandated by the federal government. There is no rebate for teachers who take this test. this is the defination of an unfunded mandate. The government requires something and there is no method on how to pay for it.

Test and variables.

I am been on a good weight loss diet of recent days. It has been good for me.

Of course I have noticed that I am getting more awake and seem to be thinking better and more clearly. This of course leads me to thinking. Would it not be a good idea to be in better health to take the Praxis test.

That would be an intresting study to do: not just eating a good breakfast and sleeping well the night before.

What are the results for those who use good proper health in the three months prior to the test.

That would be a great question.

Finding The right Number.

One of the odd things to do with Praxis that makes it a lot of fun is trying to find out the test number. You have to correct number to sign up. If you need 90041 and you put in 4396841 you will not be able to get the correct number.

Of course you have to check the state and see what test that you need. If you do not check the state you may do the wrong number and of course take the wrong test and need to do the test all over. The amount of stress that is involved is going to make it tough.

Future Planning.

I was looking at the some of the things that teachers ned including some good life insurance leads for good prices.

This has come to point lately as one of my friends spouse just died and it was nice that she had insurance. The good news is that she paid off the bills and other items. Of course she can keep on teaching, which I think is a good thing.

Well we are still waiting for the xenon lights to be shined upon this president. Somewhere between the failure of the Olympics. The failure in Iraq. The failure in Afganastan. Everywhere we see it and everything tried.

So where is the media? Protecting the president. Not doing their job. COme on media. Do your work. I feel like the Doors song, waiting on the Sun.

Here is what is funny about Michelle Obama and her dad watching the olympics. She told the Olympic committee that she sat on her daddy's lap to watch Carl Lewis run in the Olypics. That is so sweet.

I mean who would not want Michelle Obama who was 20 years old when Carl Lewis won gold.

Are we supposed to belive this? I mean for real. Why should we belive any story she tells. It is obvious that she is lying.

I was driving out the other day and what amazed me was seeing the way that motorhome towing is an amazing thing. These guys do a lot of work. And of course this is the season for things to happen with motorhomes. It is amazing how many RVs are in the parking lot at Wal Mart.

Computer problems.

It is amazing what happens when you lose a video card on the computer. I had a firend when lost one. The number of turn ons and off and the assumptions that are made, make if diffcult. Esp if the person is sure everything is working well.
