Dedication.

One nice thing, in a way about teaching in an Alternative School is that kids main concern is not always finding the best acne treatment but about finding work.

Meaning that, kids get to work at their own pace. Kids for the most part can earn credits rather rapidly. However, as all things are, not to rapid. Kids can effectivly (with summer school) earn a high school diploma in two years. Of course that take reall motivation and dedication.
