Breathe In - Out

Think of something calm. I know before you start the test. Your heart bpm is going through the roof.

When you are supposed to be reading the directions do yourself a huge favor.

Take a moment and breath.

In and out. Do that a few times.

Get yourself relaxed and ready to go. Best thing you can do to combat the stress of testing.
