Crossing the Line

I was talking with a person who went to Western Governors Universirty and she lived in California. As part of the program she had to do the Praxis exams, which oddly enough are not given in California. So she had to get her luggage sets and shlep out to Law Vegas to take the test.

I think I would be so frustrated.
