Future of America?

As I sit here in my office furniture and think, I find the world so perplexing. America is changing in differing ways. The Constitution has been truly destroyed and ripped out. They have been demolished in so many ways.

I find the future to be scary and odd. I mean really scary. The rate of change has been moving so fast and so quick. It seems that most people are willing to go along with the changes and not seem to worry.

Grocery Shopping

Welcome to the land of Green Study With the movement of General Motors to Government Motors we will see many new green type cars.

Does it matter the public does not want these cars? No. You will be forced to purchase them. Did you know there are 20 cars and trucks that make money for GM? 11 of these 20 cars and trucks are trucks and SUVs. The bread and the butter of GM is the big car that everyone wants.

Now we will no longer have those options. We will be forced to have small skates that will crush like a little can. I would hate to be in a smart car when a semi passes by.

I used to live 50 miles from where I did my grocery shopping. I would save more then I would spend in gas and food to get there and spend the day. The only way I managed to do that was go once a month and spend 500 in grocery.

If I had a smart car, I could not do this. This would be a tax on me. I would have pay $800 for the groceries and not get the variety i want.

I know most of you do not live in that situation.

Just something to think about.

CFLs and the Future

Well the NYT has a fun article on Compact Florcent Lightbulbs, CFL.


You have to press the question of do these things work? According to the NYT they really do not work and fail well.
We know that a digital frame will work well but this CFLs do not really do so.


So the question is what if you used the word health care instead of lightbulb.

The Border

I have noticed that since Obama has come to office the whole question of fence installation between Mexico and the US has died and fallen down.

I would think that this would be a great public works project. And it would actually please a lot of people. With Mexicans currently leaving the US in front of the bad econ news, it may not be so bad a time to create the fence.

Looks like I have a new book to get. It is called Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto and it is written by Mark Levine. If this book lives up to the promise then it should be quite an excellent book.

Tyranny of the Government

Well I am not so sure what to make auto performance parts costs that are being passed a smaller sublime points. AIG is paying these, now unemployed people, to do a job.

Why is the government trying to target private citizens. This is what we normally called a tyranny. And alas it is. The government is attacking people for no reason what so ever. This is the type of stuff Hitler and Stalin did. Not the United States Government.

Tyranny is something we cannot live with.

A Give Away

IT looks like we are bailing out everything including farmhouse sinks with the bail out.

I read this week in the Argus Leader how America is ready for straight left wing agenda.

I think the writer is wrong. America has voted left but lives day to day via center right.

As an example: If people are at a conference and the speaker gives away one book, the people are happy. If we vote if we give away the book, the people will gladly vote to give away the book. However, if everyone has to cough up one dollar they object.

Just something to think about.

Jobs Saved!

Well it looks like we have Ferrari parts going into a yugo. What do you mean?

On Thursday, President Obama, talked to some police academy graduates and said there was 25 jobs saved.

Can we look at this beside how the sycophant is looking at the position.

these jobs were not created from stimulus money. They were in the academy prior to Obama taking office. Can we please have some reason in the media?

And let's take Obama at his word . . . 25 jobs saved. Meanwhile there is about 26,000 jobs lost for everyone saved. Good job Obama.
