I have been working at the idea of how is unemployment be considered stimulus type money. Well I think I have the answer. Let us say there is no unemployment compensation insurance. Well that means that this money is not being spent. For example, if you have no money would you be able to purchase food, conference calls at Zip conferencing, car payment or anything that you spend money on?
In a way this is the kind of stimulus we were asking for when it around.
