"Men give me some credit for genius. All the genius I have lies in this: When I have a subject in hand, I study it profoundly. Day and night it is before me. I explore it in all its bearings. My mind becomes pervaded with it. Then the effort which I make, the people are pleased to call the fruit of genius. It is the fruit of labor and thought." - Alexander Hamilton

Why should I read?

One has to wonder about the future of the Republic. House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), said that there is no need to read bills. What!?!?!?!

Can the democrats please step down and stop trying to rule and actually govern? I mean for real. Imagine trying to do software development in this same method. Do not bother to read what you need to do and just do it. I am personally amazed at the ignorance of this statement. Not to mention are there not tons of lawyers on congress!

Please Mr. Conyers just resign.

I would say have a happy day, but that may be hard.
