Blogging With Ike

"Men give me some credit for genius. All the genius I have lies in this: When I have a subject in hand, I study it profoundly. Day and night it is before me. I explore it in all its bearings. My mind becomes pervaded with it. Then the effort which I make, the people are pleased to call the fruit of genius. It is the fruit of labor and thought." - Alexander Hamilton

MacIke Announces Major New Nuclear Program, May have Nukes

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

USA Feb 2, 2006 - Today, MacIke has announced the plans to develop a nuclear program with the end goal of developing a nuclear weapon for self-protection. The creation of this new division has sent a resounding shock wave throughout the world.

Many nations were shocked at this surprise though eventually expected announcement. There are great fears that combined with the a positive delivery system could mean for the world at large and certain nations in particular.

Former president Richard M. Nixon could not be reached for comment from his current abode at the Richard M. Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, CA. Many have thought the Yorba Linda connection would be positive for encouraging MacIke to disarm and bring a halt to his nuclear program. Likewise the response from Ariel Sharon, Prime Minster of Israel, would not return telephone calls. Though many thought Ariel Sharon would be shocked at the news, he remained still without comment.

A U.S. State Department spokesperson could not be reached, though there are rumors of some fears going through the White House. Sources who refused to be identified said, "MacIke's announcement of developing a nuclear program scares the beejeebes out of me." The same source also mention there are real live Nukes in MacIke's care.

There is no sign of MacIke relenting from the nuclear program and the world will be holding the collective breath as the United Nations will investigate and make some attempts to talk MacIke out of the nuclear program as it has been doing with Iran.
